Reservations & Logistics

What is your check-in and check-out time?

Check in is at 3:00 pm. Check out is at 10:00 am.

Is it possible to request an early check-in or a late check-out?

While making your reservation you can choose to enhance your stay with early check-in or late check-out. Please see our booking page for further details here – Wilder Inn Booking Page.

Do I need to pay a deposit, and when is the remaining balance due?

This depends on the type of booking you decide to make. If you choose our Standard Rate, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If you choose our Non-Refundable Rate, a full payment will be collected at the time of booking.

What forms of payment do you accept (credit card, cash, etc.)?

We accept credit card and cash. Please see the Wilder Inn Booking Page for more details.

Do you have a minimum night stay requirement, especially during peak season or weekends?

Yes. We require a minimum two-night stay on weekends. If you have specific inquiries during the weekend, peak season, festival, or other event please feel free to call our team with your questions.

How do I access my room key or check-in if I arrive after the front desk is closed?

If you plan on arriving after or before the front desk is open please call ahead and speak with one of our team members. You can reach us at (920) 847-5771.

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes. There’s breakfast available every morning located in our Recpetion Area.

Is there Wi-Fi access?

Yes. As a guest at the Wilder Inn you will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

Policies & Rules

What is your policy regarding changes to a reservation (e.g., changing dates or room type)?

Please call our team if you need to make any room, date or other reservation changes. You can reach us at (920) 847-5771.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

This depends on the type of booking you decide to make.

If you choose our Standard Rate, cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

If you choose our Non-Refundable Rate, cancellations at any time are non-refundable and will result in the full charge of your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the Wilder Inn.

At this time, we do not offer gift certificates.
